The Blue Gala - Presented by H/W School of Ballet
Former principal ballet dancers Yukichi Hattori, Tara Williamson and Galien Johnston-Hattori are hosting a Performance and Gala to showcase their new school, the Hattori/Williamson School of Ballet, which is making its much anticipated entry into Calgary's dance scene.
The inspiration for the Blue Gala is to lift our audience's collective spirit with the beauty of dance during what is typically the most somber time of year. Guests are also encouraged to wear something blue to the event!
Featuring students from the school, special guest dancers, and the directors themselves, this is an evening not to be missed. After the gala performance, join us for a reception where you will have the opportunity to meet the performers and relax with a glass of wine and hors d'oeuvres.
A portion of the profits from the event will be donated to Pancreatic Cancer Canada.

- Hayna Gutierrez & Kelley Mckinlay (principal dancers, Alberta Ballet)
- Mariko Kondo & Yoshiya Sakurai (principal dancers, Alberta Ballet)
- Brock Jellison (Tap Artist, Opening Ceremony of 2010 Winter Olympics / 2014 Calgary Stampede Grandstand show)
