Giving and Receiving Feedback With a Learning Focus
Workshop description: Although feedback is critical to the learning process, many of us have a negative relationship with it. When we view feedback as an opportunity to learn from each other, it strengthens our relationships, improves our leadership, and leads to greater professional satisfaction. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the experiences that have shaped our views on feedback, identify its value, and learn (and practice!) strategies and structures to give and receive feedback effectively in the workplace.
