Join us for our Second Annual San Diego Beer Week Brewmaster's Dinner with Hess Brewing. Chef Nick Brune and Hess Brewing Founder Michael Hess and Head Brewer Nate Sampson collaborate to bring you seven courses of farm fresh food paired with seven craft beers from San Diego's original nanobrewery!

Course One:
Oyster Trio of Pickled Oyster with Sauteed Kale, Grilled Oyster with Habanero Butter, Fried Oyster with Bacon Hollandaise paired with Grazias Vienna Cream Ale
Course Two:
Seared Scallop with Roasted Cauliflower Florets paired with Pallidus Belgian Pale Ale
Course Three:
Beef Carpaccio with Crispy Capers, Shallot Butter, and Tomato Confit paired with Loci Habitus Rye IPA
Course Four:
Annatto Braised Pork Cheek with Spicy Green Beans and Fried Onion paired with Venator Imperial Red Ale
Course Five:
Chicken Gallantine with Dried Apricot and Hazelnuts paired with Ficus Farmhouse Saison with Figs
Course Six:
Pumpkin Gnocchi with Crispy Ginger and Bay Cream paired with Magna Cucurbita Pumpkin Stout on Nitro
Course Seven:
Chocolate Ravioli with White Chocolate and Mint paired with Torulus Elmer T. Lee Bourbon Barrel Aged Rye Imperial Stout
There will be a 6 pm and a 7:15 pm seating for this dinner. You will be asked to specify your seating preference when making a reservation. Reservations are $65 per person, exclusive of gratuity and sales tax, and includes Seven Course Food and Beer pairings, a special commemorative event glass, two hours of free parking and the ticket service fee. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to the ticket price at checkout.
