Monique Ranae is bringing some new and exciting entertainment to Vallejo, CA! Friday Funnies is a monthly comedy show held the last Friday of every month at Vallejo's new Hot Spot The H Lounge (472 Benicia Rd).
Some of #FridayFunnies performers include Mealnie Comarcho, TK Kirkland, DC Ervin, G King, Cocoa Brown, Insane Wayne, Sam Bam, Esau Mc Grau and More!

TREV HOUSTON
Trev Houston is one of the fastest rising stars in comedy today. With his high energy and passion to make people laugh, Trev is already knocking on stardom's door. Trev Houston made his television debut in 2008, a short while after entering the comedy world, on TV One's Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes and BET's Comic View One Mic Stand. 2012 Trev can also be seen on the new comedy series wit Kings of Comedy producer Walter Latham's "Comedy After Dark."
Trev says his comedy comes from his mother who also loves comedy. Growing up around his mother, she loved to watch comedy shows and listen to her comedy albums by Richard Pryor, Redd Foxx, and Eddie Murphy. Trev was always funny growing up. He would have to be the life of the party by cracking jokes amongst family and friends. Trev and his sister Lisa would perform sketches from their favorite TV shows during family gatherings. Trev's interest in comedy grew more when he was introduced to Def Comedy Jam as a youngster. Trev's mother didn't want him to watch Def Comedy Jam because of the explicit content. But that didn't stop him. Because he grew tired of hearing his mother laugh hysterically while watching the show, it made him even more curious to find out what was so funny about it. So he began sneaking to watch episodes through the crack of his mother's door. It was then he saw performances by Bernie Mac, Chris Tucker, Adelle Givens, and Mike Epps just to name a few. Watching these performances changed something in Trev that made him want to make people laugh.
Trev is a New Jersey native and currently resides in the Bronx, NY. He continues to perform at comedy clubs and colleges across the country
