Many of us have been conditioned to be estranged from this powerful part of ourselves which can lead to a complicated relationship with our own bodies. Let's wake up sleeping beauty. Learn ways to bring empowerment to yourself.
This exploration will include a talk, discussion, and guided meditation by Rachael Savage.
In addition to teaching workshops and yoga at the SweatBox and The Vajra on Tenth, Rachael leads the best meditation group in Seattle, Rebel Saints Meditation Society.
