This class runs for 10 sessions, Wednesdays starting April 5, 2017, ending June 7, 2017.
ABOUT ASL Level 1:
Learning Objectives
Understand Deaf culture
Introduce yourself and sign your name
Sign numbers 1 - 29
Sign at a very basic level
Learn best approaches with clients
This focus of this course will be to develop basic skills using ASL and be able to better support deaf individuals with autism and deaf-blind individuals.
No prerequisites for this course.
