Baking with Sheena Otto
During this two-hour class Sheena Otto will work with basic doughs to create a variety of delicious products. Ideal for the home baker, she will review the key processes of making bread, including ingredient sourcing, kneading dough, and shaping.
End the day with a special lunch at il Buco Alimentari and take home some special samples and recipes from our bakery!
One week prior to the event the il Buco Alimentari team will send a detailed outline of the class along with the special breads you will be baking.
