BUBO pop-up dinner

Tasting tickets include a 2 hour, 6 course tasting menu based around mediterranean flavors and the bounty of Virginia.

The beverage supplement includes 3, 6oz glasses of wine chosen to compliment the menu.

We ask that you arrive as promptly as possible in order to ensure quick seating and incredible experience.

At this time we cannot accommodate tables of more than 6.

Seating arrangements are at the discretion of BUBO staff we will do our best to ensure your comfort, but space and time requirements make it impossible to guarantee specific seating arrangements.

Tickets are transferable but non refundable.

We at BUBO will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions but at this time substitutions and alterations to the menu are prohibited.

2nd/3rd Course
winter greens, phyllo, strained yogurt, fresh cheese
