Mindfulness Meditation for beginners
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the course you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different meditation techniques, consider what mindfulness is and how you can use it to help simplify your life.
The venue has parking, easy access to motorway and a café serving hot drinks (which I'm sure we will appreciate on cold days!).
