A 'How to Buy Beef' Workshop
We are here to help you make the right choice in buying beef. The thought of purchasing a Beef carcass (whole, half and quarter), primals or retail cuts can be challenging, even intimidating. Join us in a discussion of methods to reduce those challenges by understanding more about carcasses, available cuts and methods used in the process including the associated costs.
Learn more of what to expect in volume for freezer space and the amounts of steak, roasts, stew and ground as well as expand your understanding of quality, and age of livestock to make well informed decisions on what beef to buy.
Please invite your friends and share this post, thank you! Handout materials included. Light refreshments served.
