Single Barrel Select Dinner
Please join us at Main Street Meats on Sunday, November 20th for a Single Barrel Select Dinner sponsored by Riverside Wine & Spirits! The evening will begin at 5:30pm with cocktails, snacks, and beer from Blackberry Farm, followed by an intimate whiskey tasting of 5 different single barrel selections including Blanton's (the first sample dipped straight from the barrel at the event), Belle Meade, Wathen's, Whistle Pig Rye, and Garrison Brothers. At 6:30pm, guests will be treated to a multi-course dinner created by Chef Erik Niel.
The full menu for the evening is as follows: - Hors doeuvres with beer (Blackberry Farm Classic Saison) and a bourbon cocktail by Lauren Kramer of Main Street Meats - Whiskey Tasting with 5 single barrel selections (Blantons, Belle Meade, Walthens, Whistle Pig Rye, Garrison Brothers) - Snacks: Country Ham and Crackers / Candied Pecans / Candied Bacon - Plated First Course: Sequatchie cove dancing fern tartiflette with MSM bacon - Family-Style Second Course: Smoked Prime Rib / local vegetable sides - Plated Dessert: Chocolate pudding with bourbon chantilly & ashed maldon salt
