Our Neighbors' Kitchens at Loyola U.
Join Rogers Park Food Co-op for a free chef demonstration, tasting and discussion with a focus on global cuisine and the diverse food landscape of our neighborhood. Food and Wine Magazine, 2016 Best New Chef Iliana Ragen will discuss sustainable cuisine. Dietetic Interns from the Loyola University School of Nursing Community Nursing Center will facilitate a conversation about mindful eating and tasting our food.
