This course will educate on the effects of moisture on a building and how architects and their teams of consultants can address it. Topics include:
What part of air is moisture
How moisture enters into buildings and what happens when it
is excessive.
What to look for in the mechanical designs for buildings.
What are some common problems in the South Florida
semi-tropic environment that are unique.
