THERESA TOVA & DAVID WARRACK
Theresa Tova is an award-winning actor, writer and singer. Recognized for her Gemini-nominated role as Marge on the television show E.N.G., Theresa has worked in television, film and theatre, including starring roles in the National Broadway Tour of Ragtime and the Stratford Festival. Her award-winning Holocaust musical STILL THE NIGHT garnered four Dora Awards and a Governor Generals award nomination for Excellence in Dramatic Literature. Tova has released two CDs and is described as a towering, pan-cultural jazz-cabaret diva. Tova tours internationally playing to multicultural crowds in Toronto, Montreal, New York, Paris, Germany, Switzerland, Holland and Luxembourg.
David Warrack has a varied career as a Composer, Conductor, Pianist, Vocalist, Lyricist, Librettist, Arranger, Orchestrator, Music Director, Director, Satirist, Comedian, Actor, Poet, Producer, Impresario, Bon Vivant, and Hockey Coach he has truly done it all! And judging by his project board, hes only just begun. As a writer he has had 66 shows produced professionally and he has been Musical Director for over two hundred productions across North America, including Shenandoah starring John Cullum on Broadway. He won a Dora Mavor Moore Award in Toronto for his production of Toronto, Toronto, and for outstanding Music Direction on the production of Closer Than Ever.
