Day of the Dead Popup Dinner
Colorado Collective presents a Day of the Dead popup dinner featuring the new Executive Chef of Garden of the Gods Market and Cafe.
Location of dinner will not be revealed until after ticket purchase but I promise you, it's one for the books.
4 course dinner paired with Red Leg Brewery.
Dress up is encouraged but not required.
It's going to be a haunting good time.
Dinner Menu Is Shaping Up:
First Course
Pumpkin with molasses and brown butter croutons and spiced pepitas
Second Course:
Beet salad with cumin, citrus and black rice
Third Course:
Braised Beef with Mole Sauce and candied pumpkin
Fourth Course:
Chocolate Atole
