Marita Larkin Patio Dedication
Marita was a Tucson Museum of Art Docent for 45 years from 1970 to 2015. She served as President of the Docent Council during the 1970s and was renowned for the art talks she presented at the Museum and throughout Southern Arizona.
The Marita Larkin Patio Garden symbolizes and honors Marita's spirit and legacy as a teacher and docent. Marita dreamed of children, docents, staff members, and friends enjoying a peaceful respite in this beautiful patio garden.
