Women's Spring Roots Retreat

Join us Sunday March 24th (the first weekend of spring) at Laughing Waters Retreat Center for a day of art, yoga (or the like), fresh mountain air, and community. Mountain Roots is excited to be hosting our fifth roots retreat for women of all ages to join together. A variety of art projects will be offered. The option will also be available throughout the day to do some yoga, go for a hike, or check out the orchard and garden at Hickory Nut Forest. $30 in advance or $35 at the door gets you an entire day of fun and adventure with new and old friends, lunch, and some cool projects to take home.
