WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR SEAT:

1) IT'S A DINNER PARTY! Reservations have been made for groups of 6-10 per seating time, and you will all be seated together. If you would like a romantic dinner for two, please contact the restaurant of your choice directly for a reservation.

2) DINNER IS NOT FREE! The "Price" column below says "Free" because you are free to make a reservation, but...you will be asked to pay at the restaurant. The cost of dinner is NOT included in your weekend encuentro pass.

3) PRICING KEY:  
    $$ = most entrees under $20
    $$$ = entrees over $20

4) BRING CASH IF YOU CAN. Most restaurants have agreed to split checks, but some are less willing to do so for large parties (particularly La Spiga and Via Tribunali). We suggest bringing cash to help speed up the check out process.

5) SEATING TIMES: We have booked early reservations to ensure time to enjoy your meal and arrive on-time to the evening milonga (or at least only fashionable late). Be sure to use the drop-down date box in the registration section below to view all seating options.

6) ENCUENTRO PARTICIPANTS ONLY, PLEASE: To maintain a choice selection of seats for registered encuentro guests, kindly reserve ONLY for weekend participants at this time. If space allows, we will announce the opportunity to invite your non-participating friends to join.

7) SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: Menus are included on most of the restaurants' websites, if you have a dietary concern. Note: Plum Bistro specializes in organic vegan food, and Capitol Cider's kitchen is 100% gluten-free.

8) CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS. Please use Brown Paper Tickets' system to make changes to or cancel your reservation. We have agreed to notify the restaurants of our final reservation numbers by October 15, so we will close registration at that time. Any changes or cancellations need to be made with us directly via email after October 15.

9) YOUR NAME WILL BE SHARED. If you do not want your name to be shared on this event page, send us an email to make your reservation request so we can keep your participation private.  

10) FEEL FREE TO DISCUSS! Want to know who you'll be dining with? Post your meal time and location in the discussion field below if you'd like others to join you. (We will also post a list who's at each table prior to the weekend.)
