This is the 2016 Halloween concert that everyone will be talking about. Held at 88 keys in Downtown Seattle, this epic show not only has STEVIE JOE, KILLA TAY AND M DOT80 headlining, but it also showcases some of the best rappers as well as the hottest groups in the Northwest.
