SanMan Productions is pleased to partner with Dobbs Ferry for our next installation of The Chef's Table.
Our upcoming Chef's Table features a 4-course dinner prepared by Chef Mike Yakura, paired with Goose Island's Sour Sisters beers. If you haven't experienced a sour beer pairing and dinner before, you're in for a real treat!
Sour beers aresimilarto wine in their aromatics and flavors, creating a great gateway for wine-lovers. Chef Mike has crafted the menu to enhance the flavors ofthe sour beers by utilizing the best of the market.
Join us at our Kings Table to enjoy a unique dining experience while making new friends and celebrating with the old! Let's challenge the kitchen as well as our palette.

Start out with a complimentary glass of Goose IslandMatilda. TheMatildaBelgian Style Pale Ale is the base beer used to makeall the Sour Sisters beers. Please check-in with the host to receive your drink token.

About Goose Island Brewery Goose Island beers began with found John Hall touring across the European continent. Craft brewing wasn't common, but he set out to change that. In 1988, he settled down in his hometown of Chicago. Today, John's dream has become the Goose Island Empire you know and love.
