Three Birds Alighting on a Field
Three Birds Alighting on a Field was written in the early 90s. Set in the worlds of modern art and high society it takes a satirical swipe at Britishness and Privilege and raises questions of national and cultural identity in an increasingly globalised forum. Watch as Biddy's world crumbles in parallel to the walls of communism, and how, while not in the ways that were expected, she finds new life in the aftermath.
Rehearsed in approx 60 hrs this piece is the contemporary project for students in the company. After this they can go on to perform in a classical project.
