Body-Mind Dance Workshop
Incorporating principles based on Body-Mind Centering and MoverWitness exchange, through this movement based workshop we will become aware of our three centres of wisdom: our mind (head brain), emotion (heart brain) and instinct (gut brain). By rebalancing our mind-heart-gut we can discover further ways of being in the world and explore each one through creative dance and art materials.
