Spellbound Burlesque presents Forbidden
Back and better than ever, join them for a scintillating night of desire and passion within their inner circle of striptease. Experience Spellbounds latest production Forbidden from all angles thanks to their 360 degree in the round seating. Once again the darkly decadent Club Palazzo, located in downtown Phoenix, will play host will talented performers from across the country lure you in with a night temptation, tease, and tantalizing performances.
Sweetpea is a multi-award-winning international burlesque artist, host, event producer, teacher, and community organizer hailing from Minneapolis. She is The Burlesque Hall of Fame's 2016 "Duchess of Burlesque" and has been entertaining audiences across the country and beyond for over a decade, sharing top billing alongside the best artists in the industry. "Her Royal Sweetness" as she is called, is the founder of The Vigilantease Collective, the owner of Sweet Soiree Events & Entertainment, and Head Mistress of Studio Sweet. Her mission is to promote and nurture the experience of multifaceted, full-spectrum, juicy living--by caring for, connecting to, and fully inhabiting our bodies, but especially by revealing them.
Miss May hit the LAs burlesque scene in 2012 and since then has made quite an impression. Creating a unique take on the classic art form, Miss May artfully blends character, style, beauty, and rhythm in novel and ever-expanding combinations. My goal is to provide a sense of intimacy and passion and invite audiences to come into a world where fantasy and glamour prevail. Through the art of seduction Miss May has had the opportunity to tour the United States, performing at beautiful venues and festivals like The Las Vegas Burlesque Festival, The Colorado Burlesque Festival at Lannie's Clocktower as well as The Texas Burlesque Festival. She regularly appears in San Francisco and pops up weekly at some of the best-known burlesque venues & events in LA.
Naughty Pierre makes his much anticipated return to Spellbound Burlesque as emcee! He is the owner of The Clocktower Cabaret in Denver, CO, and hosts shows every week in this extravagant and historic 100 year old venue. His national work includes producing and hosting headline events at national festivals in New Orleans, Kansas City, The Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, New Mexico, and Colorado, as well as the touring Deschutes Brewery Beer-lesque Roadshow. He loves Arizona because it one of the top states in the country... if you are going alphabetically!
