Series "Cooking Italian in Italian" on the second Wednesday of the month starting in October at The Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market. Looking for a fun way to practice your Italian and "traveling" through all the regions? Join us during this special hand-on series of cooking classes taught entirely in Italian, no English allowed! For intermediate-advanced Italian speakers only. Learn how to make the signature pasta from Piedmont region, the delicious Tajarin, a thin flat noodle served with butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano.
