Yoga Classes - Vinyasa Yoga Level I & II
Our signature FYC Vinyasa Classes begin with 10 minutes of Kundalini-Yoga-Style seated breathwork, to kick up your endorphins, cleanse your body naturally, and offer heart-healthy cardio with absolutely no impact on your joints.
Our breathwork series is followed by an invigorating Vinyasa Flow, filled with positive affirmations, powerful inner visualization, and focus-building postures.
Every Wednesday, beginning May 4th @ 6pm and 7:15pm
$10 per Drop In class. All sessions include a mat rental, water, and joyful relaxation. ALL experience levels welcome.
