In the exquisite grounds of Ak-Bol in San Pedro Belize you will explore your connectivity to your body, mind and soul in a respectful pace set by you. Choose to challenge yourself in classes meant to supportingly guide you to new levels or relax in the beautiful sun and sand. There will be a schedule built upon maximizing the elation, adventure and group well-being rather than hastening to a test.
With time built in for scuba, snorkeling or hiking ancient ruins youll find something for every mover, actor, dancer or performer.
