COMMON QUARTER PRESENTS NEW SUMMER MENU TASTING FEATURING HAND-SELECTED NORTH GEORGIA RED WINE
Come drink the best of North Georgia's red wine with Chris Talley (CT) and taste our new Summer menu! CT personally selected the best wines from Wolf Mountain and Frogtown Winery. Executive Chef Jeffrey Gardner will be providing 3 new appetizers, 3 entrees and dessert in a Family Style setting.
WOLF MOUNTAIN VINEYARDS was established in 1999, with the preparation of the 30 acre estate for grape growing. In 2000, the vines were planted by hand and the winery construction began. Their first vintage of approximately 1000 cases was produced that fall, using locally grown fruit. Their focus is to make the highest quality Georgia wines possible. As a result of labor intensive protocols, their production is limited (a 5000 case annual production).
FROGTOWN CELLARS was founded in 1998 by Atlantans Craig and Cydney Kritzer in the Frogtown District of Lumpkin County; a viticultural area carefully selected for quality wine grape production and outstanding mountain views. Frogtowns principal estate property is a 57 acre vineyard and winery complex located at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains equal distance between Dahlonega and Cleveland Georgia. It is believed that Frogtown is the most awarded winery not located in California in major US competitions, which are primarily held in California. Since 2010 Frogtown has been awarded 2 Platinum, 36 Gold, 82 Silver and 92 Bronze Medals.
