THE IMPORTANCE OF THE HOSPITAL TEAM: HELPING WOMEN FEED THEIR BABIES Molly Pessl, BSN, IBCLC
This TWO DAY course on August 30th & 31st in Centralia, Washington supports our rural hospitals to achieve UNICEF/WHO Baby-Friendly designation. It is geared to labor, postpartum and clinic staff who follow mothers and babies after birth.
The course is useful for anyone who works with nursing mothers and babies.
With funding and support from the Washington WIC Nutrition Program the South Sound Breastfeeding Network worked in partnership with: Community Action Council WIC - Thurston County Lewis County WIC SeaMar Community Health Center WIC - Thurston County We are dedicated to bringing these training opportunities to your community!

Education Credits: International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners, Provider Number: CLT108-4 15 CERPs (13 L & 2 E) (For IBCLCs only)
15 instructional hours on the IBLCE Exam Blueprint (for preparation for first IBLCE exam)
Commission on Dietetic Registration, 15 CPE hours, Category II (For RDs only)
Provider approved by California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number: CEP 14127 5 18 contact hours (50 minute hours) (For RNs only)
MD may apply for CMEs
