Summer has just sprung why not celebrate with a Southern Seafood Wine Dinner created by Chef Aaron of R Public House and Andrew Schicker of H2Vino.
Start with a glass of Vinicola de Sarral, Libertat Cava Brut Rose
1st Course: Tomato Water Gazpacho paired w/Casa Berger, Sorbet Garnaxta Rose
2nd Course: Salad of Grilled Peaches, Toasted Pecans, Goat Cheese and Baby Spinach paired w/Acustic Celler, Montsant Blanc
3rd Course: Aaron's "Fried Chicken" (pun intended) Tender Buttermilk Fried Frogs Legs, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuit, Pimento Cheese and Sawmill Gravy paired w/Poggio Anima, Sangiovese de Toscana Belial
4th Course: Shrimp and CrawfishBoil, with Corn, Potatoes and Sausage paired w/Barrique, Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast
5th Course: Buttermilk Pie with Fresh Blueberry Lime Compote paired w/Domaine Cauhape, Ballet d'Octobre Jurancon Moelleux.
All wines will be available for purchase next door at Taste Food and Wine.
