Worcester Shakespeare Festival 2012
The Worcester Shakespeare Company is pleased to announce the seventh annual Worcester Shakespeare Festival at our new home at the Whitinsville Mill, in cooperation with Alternatives Inc. This year, we offer Shakespeare's tragedy, Othello.
The Moor Othello has become General of the Venetian armies, and has just married Desdemona, the daughter of a powerful senator. He has also, however, made an enemy of the villain Iago after promoting Cassio instead of Iago. Watch as Iago schemes to bring down the men he hates, and the innocents who fall in his path.
Othello opens on Friday, July 13th, and will run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7:00 pm through August 19th. For tickets, directions, and more information, please visit www.worcestershakespearecompany.org
