FEAR. NOT. Workshop

Fear sucks, doesn't it? Fear of failure. Fear of judgment. Fear of change.
Fear of this and Fear of that. We've all got it. We've all got it bad.

What are you afraid of? How is fear holding you back in your life? Are you feeling stuck and wondering what you can do to move forward?

The good news about our fear is that it only holds the power we give it. In this one-day workshop with author and speaker Scott Stabile, youre gonna take some of that power back, and learn to create, to communicate, and to LIVE your life more fully, with your fear. Yes, with it, because fear will always be there on some level. You simply need to change how you respond to it. And you can. You will.

Some of the topics we'll explore are the following:

* How do you move from being stuck to unstuck?
* How do you overcome self-criticism and habitual negative and fear-based thinking?
* How can you learn to express yourself beyond your shame?
* How can you feel your fear and take positive action anyway?
* How does vulnerability open us up to deeper connection with others?

Scott has spent the past few years facing his fears in a completely different way, not allowing them to stop him from sharing his heart and creativity, or from pursuing his dreams. In this time, he's published two books and has grown his Facebook page to a community of more than 300,000 open-hearted souls from all over the world. His fear was with him through it all. It still is. It just doesnt hold him back anymore. Your fear doesnt have to hold you back, either.

Join Scott in the Viceroy Suite at the Columbia Hotel, overlooking Kensington Gardens, for a day of inspiration and clarity designed to shift you out of the paralyzing effects of fear and into a life that reflects the strength, courage and resilience you carry within you (whether you realize it or not).

When you face your fear, you change your life in ways you cant begin to imagine. This workshop is intended for artists, seekers, writers, dreamers, healers, workaholics, entrepreneurs and anyone with the desire to transform her/his life. Expect lots of laughter, maybe some tears, and a renewed sense of how to face your fears. Did I mention love? Oh yes, theres gonna be a whole lotta LOVE supporting it all.

Come with a ready heart, an open mind and the desire to go beyond your comfort zone. There will be plenty of writing (though you don't need to be a writer at all), so please bring a journal or notebook, and above all, a willingness to be honest with yourself.

We'll be taking a lunch break, so bring a lunch with you or plan to eat at one of the area restaurants.
