Event
Provenance: The Journey to the National Gallery
We are delighted to launch a new tailor made London Art Week Art Shot. After a drink or two in the National Café, we will head up to the galleries to celebrate the fascinating relationship between the 250 year old St Jamess and Mayfair art trade and one of Londons top public museums. We will discuss the history of the art market, get to grips with why provenance is so important, and look at works that were bought from London Art Week galleries. Among others Holbein, Velazquez, Stubbs and Constable will feature.
*If you have an Art Shot ticket or voucher you can apply these to our London Art Week tours.
Please email c.cator@arthistoryuk.com to tell us how you'd like to use your Art Shot tickets.
*If you'd rather send a cheque Please make one out to Art History UK and post it to 148 Sulgrave Road, London, W67PU.
*Cancellation Policy We regret that we cannot offer refunds but if you are unable to attend a booked Art Shot/Public Day Tour, please let us know with a minimum of 48 hours notice and you will have the option of rescheduling your booking.
