Steamer PORTLAND Cruise May 21 2016
A rare opportunity to sail on the historic Steam Sternwheel tug, the PORTLAND!
Veterans and Merchant Mariners are invited to sail for free on the Steamer PORTLAND on Saturday May 21st 2015.
The May 21 cruise honors National Maritime Day, Sunday May 22, and Memorial Day, Monday May 30.
For the May 21 cruise only, free fares are offered to mariners or veterans, as follows:
Mariners - may be current or retired employees of local maritime industry, or rated employees or retirees of the American Merchant Marine.
Veterans - Retirees from all services and conflicts.
In addition, each veteran or mariner may purchase discount tickets for up to 3 guests.
The public is also invited to make reservations.
The cruise is limited to 100 passengers - a unique event! You will enjoy sailing the Willamette River on the last steam sternwheel ship-assist tug in the US. Celebrate living history as the sternwheel turns and the whistle blows. Lunch included.

CONDITIONS: If the Steamer PORTLAND does not leave the dock,for whatever reason, Oregon Maritime Museum will offer you a full refund. Other refunds subject to Brown Paper Ticket terms & conditions.
