2016 Pride St. Louis Commitment & Marriage Ceremony
We have exciting news about this year's Commitment & Marriage Ceremony. In addition to the commitment ceremony, for a second year at PrideFest, we will include legal marriages. For those interested in conducting a legal marriage ceremony at PrideFest, you will need to obtain your marriage license prior to June 25th from the City of Saint Louis Marriage Licenses Department. The ceremonies and the reception will be held inside the City Hall Rotunda in downtown St. Louis, across the street from the 2016 festival, on Market and Tucker. The significance of this location highlights the welcoming attitude of St. Louis to the LGBT community as well as the social progress being made as we move toward full equality.
You only need to register once per couple.
PLEASE NOTE: Select a quantity of '1' Commitment or Marriage package, and 1 optional package either Package 1, 2, or 3 and include the number of paying guests with your wedding party.
The ceremonies will be held at 2 p.m. in the City Hall Rotunda. Check-in begins at 1:00 p.m. The wedding and commitment ceremony reception will follow the services and will also be held in the City Hall Rotunda.
Commitment Ceremony Package Options:
Basic (free): Ceremony or Marriage Certificate
Optional Package 1 ($10): Ceremony & Marriage Certificate, Reception, Two Roses, Champagne toast and Cake for two.
Optional Package 2 ($30): Ceremony & Marriage Certificate, Reception, Two Roses, Champagne Toast and Cake for Two, Three personal photos, one Ceremony photo. All photos will be mailed within one week of the event.
Optional Package 3 ($50): Ceremony & Marriage Certificate, Reception, Two Roses, Champagne Toast and Cake for Two, Three personal photos, one Ceremony photo, plus an 8x10 photo, which you select the day of the event. All photos will be mailed within one week of the event.
Guest($5 per guest): Includes reception with Champagne and Cake
Each couple will be provided a certificate commemorating the event.
Please provide each partner's name below as you want them to appear on the certificate along with contact phone number/s and e-mail address. If you are applying for a legal marriage certificate you must provide your legal, registered name/s.
Note: If you choose to use a name other than your legal name, this will not result in a legal name change.
