Northern Seoul
Making a break from burgers, El Perro Negro and Cafe Strange Brew will be dishing out some wings and whisky cocktails courtesy of Nikka whisky .
Not just any old wings - Proper free range, herb fed chooks, cooked confit in goose fat, given a crispy coating and smothered in a korean style gochujang glaze. Crispy, fall off the bone umami, spicy goodness.
Each person will get 12 korean wings, a free whisky cocktail and a wee whisky for afters.
This is a small event, two sittings of 16. Link for tickets will be published this evening
