YOGAplus Comes to Unity!!!

Unity of Bellevue is excited to offer 6:00pm Wednesday YOGAplus starting on April 6th! Howard Lamb will be leading a slow flow yin class accessible for all levels and ages. For a great vibe the practice will be held in the Atrium incorporating surround sound music with lava lamps illuminating the stone garden wall!

Why Yoga Plus??? After every yoga practice there will be a Plus event at 7:15pm featuring a guest speaker or musician to replenish your mid-week spiritual well. Makenna Wagner will be launching the first YOGAplus event with an intimate musical performance accompanied by David Dedia on the keyboards!

On the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays Brenda Butterfield will lead a Buddhist Sangha meditation and dharma talk. All are invited to attend both, the yoga, or the Plus event including great fellowship afterwards!

The April 6th yoga class introductory price is $10, Makenna Wagner is $15 or attend both for $22. All proceeds from the yoga will benefit Unity of Bellevue so spread the word, limited seating for the Makenna Wagner performance so get your tickets now.
