Craft Beer Dinner with special guest Chef Ben Keener
Our first craft beer pairing dinner of 2016 is March 23rd at 6 PM with our special guest Chef Ben Keener
Courses are:
1. Beer biscuits with Truck Stop honey butter. Paired with Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale.
2. Arugula salad with goat cheese and walnuts. Dressed with a Back Forty Beer Vinaigrette. Paired with Fence Post Session Ale.
3. Beer battered Tempura Veggies. Paired with Naked Pig Pale Ale.
4. Freckle belly braised pork belly with sweet potato gratin. Paired with Freckle Belly/wine barrel-aged Freckle belly.
5. Paw Paw's Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding. Paired with Trade Day Cuban Coffee Stout.
