Morning movement with Anjoli -(Registered Dance Movement Therapist)
Incorporating dance and movement therapy techniques into a morning warm up to connect with our bodies and get clarity for our day.
This class allows us to get in touch with our emotional bodies and to feel more connected to ourselves. We will be learning some new movements as well as opening up ourselves to share our own movement when comfortable.
No training in dance required.
