The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management programs present: A Traditional Greek Dinner.
Doors open at 5:30 pm - Bar service will be available featuring Wine, Beer, and Soft Drinks.

APPETIZER Melitzanosalata Purple eggplant, red onion and garlic dip
Tirokafteri feta cheese spread
Tzatziki creamy dip made with greek yogurt and cucumbers
Greek flat bread House made
Spanakopita Phyllo dough stuffed with spinach onions, leeks and feta cheese.
Salad Greek salad traditional Greek salad with cucumbers Kalamata olives, onions, tomato, and finally feta cheese
FIRST COURSE Psari savoro fried fish filet with rosemary and vinegar, served with Greek green beans
MAIN COURSE Souvlaki Grilled Lamb skewers served with potatoes and carrots in an herb butter sauce
DESSERT Baklava with Greek yogurt
