Basque Supper Club March Dinners
For this Basque Supper club dinner, Chef Javier Canteras and team will be offering an innovative 6 course Basque menu, paired with 3 Spanish wines. They will be welcoming the transition of late Winter into early Spring using inspiring and fresh ingredients.
Inspired by the celebrated txokos in the Basque country of northern Spain. A txoko (Basque pronunciation: [choko) is typically a Basque type of closed gastronomical society. Traditionally they are made up of members who come together to cook, experiment with new ways of cooking, eat and socialize.
