Discover Your Inner Chef
If you have been waiting to increase your cooking skills then join the Alameda Social Club & SanMan Productions as we embark on a culinary journey to discover and develop our Inner Chef.
This series will offer a variety of classes that are designed to lay a foundation for the individual who wants to be a well-rounded chef in the kitchen.
One that has the basic techniques and recipes mastered, plus a few tricks up their sleeve. Tricks that wow your guests and leave you feeling like you are a top chef!

Want to learn to impress someone special with a restaurant quality meal that not only tastes great but is also plated with style?
Then our upcoming cooking class called, SumptuousSalmon is calling your inner Chef. Sumptuous Salmon is a 3-course fresh Wild Alaskan Salmon dinner that is actually easy and fun to prepare.
The class will be taught by Chef Jeff Rosen who will show you how to create this fabulous dinner in a few easy steps. Chef Jeff Rosen works hard to make the cooking process easy and fun for his students. His goal is to equip you with the information, technique and tools to make cooking approachable. You will leave this class witha few new cooking tricks and skills to add to your culinary toolbox!
The class includes a cooking demo, hands on production of the meal in fun teams, and everyone will enjoy atastingof each dish prepared by the class, served with beer and wine. Recipe packets included!
Menu:
*Little Gem salad with shaved grana padano,
garlicky bread crumbs and anchoiade
*Pan roasted salmon with blood orange and basil beurre blanc,
cauliflower puree
herb roasted asparagus
*French pear custard tart

3:00 to 5:00 pm
Price: $60 per person
price includes: cooking demo, hands on production of the meal, a tasting of each dishpaired with beer and wine &Recipe packet.
