Antarma has been described as just "another level".
He's an extremely versatile performer: guitarist, djembe drummer, vocalist, spoken word artist to name a few! His material draws on the Universal and Spiritual and can be felt in the form of positive vibrations that leave you feeling uplifted.
The evening will begin with a twenty minutes meditation. All practices are welcome to join. Beginners will be instructed in a simple mindfulness technique to join in the group meditation.
20% of all proceedings will be going to The Meditation Trust's Trauma Recovery Programme which teaches transcendental meditation to people who suffer from PTSD.
This will be a rare opportunity to spend an intimate evening with Antarma. The venue is very small and capacity is limited. Book fast!
