Retro Strip Show!

Vancouver has a long history with striptease, from the days of classic burlesque through the exotic dance boom of the 80s and 90s. Up until the late 70s live music was still often the accompaniment for striptease entertainers. But with the rise of disco, and changes to entertainment laws, 1978 saw the end of bands backing up dancers.

Let's pretend that didn't happen, if only for one night. Let's play some funk, some soul, some rock, and yes, even disco!

**Accessibility** The Penthouse has an accessible entrance around the back. Please let the bouncer know that you need that entrance and they will assist you. There is not an accessible washroom, but we are looking into making arrangements with a nearby location and will update as soon as this is sorted!
