What is Fierce Flo?
Fierce Flo Combines the hottest moves trending in Dancehall, Hip Hop, Brazilian Funk, and Soca, with the latest techniques in fitness to create a sexy, fun and easy to follow dance fitness class!
Fierce Flo is an interval workout that elevates the heart rate prior to muscle conditioning. In a Fierce Flo class you will hit all major muscle groups including lower body and core, and finish with a total body stretch.
