Meet Your Maker: An evening with Old Crow Ranch

In 2016, Rosemont Market Productions kicks off a newly vital and exciting roster of dinner events -- all regularly scheduled every month, in the inviting, intimate space of Rosemont's own kitchen.

Meet Your Maker is an opportunity to spend an evening up close and personal with some of the most creative food producers from Greater Portland and beyond. The third Saturday of every month, we invite friends who make delicious things to eat and drink, who treat their space and creatures well, and who are a lot of fun to hang out with. In our intimate kitchen space, Rosemont Chef Bryan Dame cooks a dinner incorporating and accompanying the producer's products, and we all dine together communally and sumptuously.

MYM February 2016 is a night with our good friend Steve Sinisi from Old Crow Ranch in Durham.
Old Crow Ranch and Rosemont are both committed to the benefits of good soil in raising pasture-based livestock, and believe fervently in humane slaughter and thoughtful processing, for a better world and a better product. Steve will give an overview of his approach to farming, and then we'll enjoy a fabulous four-course meal from Rosemont Chef Bryan Dame, each dish pairing Old Crow Ranch's terrific products with outstanding artisanal wines.
