Building a Meal, basics of cooking 100, with Gregory Smith, chef of Grain & Gristle
Focusing on basic knife skills and cooking technique, Chef Smith will guide students through the process of planning and building an entire meal. Salad, Soup, Entree with sides, the class will teach the details that build confidence in executing restaurant quality meals. This class is great for beginners, who need to learn knife skills and range skills, or the novice who missed out on basics and wants to become a stronger cook! Class will close by sharing the meal that we have built together. $65/person, dinner included.
