Paula le Baron: This small business owner and animal advocate is the soulful artisan behind Ravenwood Cheeses made from nuts and soy. Get to know her and prepare to be treated to her gourmet cheeses.

VeganSupply will have a retail table on premises so you can bring home your favourite dairy-free products. They will also carry a selection of cookbooks for the dairy-free cook.
