The Balancing Act with Marla Rosen, MA, MFTI of JFCS
Parenting, working and maintaining valuable relationships can feel like plates spinning in the air. Parents can easily feel overwhelmed by all that needs managing. In this workshop we will discuss the importance of being gentle with ourselves and in some cases letting go of what we think things are supposed to look like and work towards feeling comfortable and satisfied with what is. This is an invitation to validate and support one another!
Marla Rosen serves as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant and therapist at Jewish Family & Children's Services of the East Bay. She has also served as the Director of an Early Childcare Center and prior to that worked many years in Early Intervention for the birth to three population. She has a Masters in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute and is a registered MFTI intern.
This program is generously sponsored by the Jewish Federation of the East Bay's Sprout Initiative: Helping Jewish Families Grow Together.
