Broadmoor Technical Center has partnered with the James Beard Foundation in continuing the "KC Originals/James Beard Chef Lecture Series." Each year we will be soliciting some of the nation's top chefs, inviting them to participate in our lecture/mentoring program.

1) Flounder Ceviche- Aji, Red Onions, Lime and Citrus Coriander
2) Foie & Lobster- Foie Gras Tourchon, Poached Lobster, vinaigrette and Brioche
3) Sweet Potato Dumpling- Sweet Potato Ooze, Pasta and Brown Butter
4) Venison- Pumpkin, Smoked Hazelnut Butter, Variegated Lemons and Button Chanterelles
5) Lime and Coconut- Lime Moose, Ginger Macaroon and Lemongrass Milk Chip
