Speaker Info: Joe Grojean has 25 years of environmental, safety and health experience and is currently a Senior Industrial Hygienist at the University of Washington. His prior work experience includes Regional Safety Coordinator to the U.S. EPA on their Region 10 Superfund and Emergency Response contract (START), HazMat Manager at Johnston Atoll chemical weapons depot and HazMat Technician at McMurdo Station in Antarctica. His background includes years of safety training, TSDF management, and WMD responses and training. Mr. Grojean co-authored the chapter on "Specialized Instruments" in the 2013 AIHA-published book, Important Instrumentation and Methods for the Detection of Chemicals in the Field.
